Rev 22:4 tells us that God's servants "will see His face" in heaven. What a strange, yet wonderful thought. I dread the day when one of my kids asks me to describe God. I pray the Holy Spirit gives me the words to explain the mystery and awesomeness of God to a small child. I fear that I may confuse my child, or explain God in such a vague way so that He may not seem real to them.
I think of God as a spiritual being, as an all powerful force. Yet in heaven, according to the Scripture, I will see the face of God. Now it is hard for me to imagine God having a face, of being a physical being. Oh, the limits of my imagination!!
